Round Blue Dot is committed to fostering a safe, inclusive, and respectful environment for all participants at our events. This Code of Conduct outlines specific expectations and guidelines for acceptable behaviour. We depend on the active collaboration of all attendees, speakers, sponsors, staff, and volunteers to uphold these principles.

Unacceptable Behaviours
Round Blue Dot has a zero-tolerance policy for harassment, discrimination, and actions that undermine our inclusive environment. Unacceptable behaviours include, but are not limited to:

Enforcement and Reporting

Responsibility: All event participants share the responsibility to report behaviours that violate this Code of Conduct or create a hostile environment.

Reporting Mechanisms: If you experience or witness any form of harassment or misconduct, you may report it in the following ways:
