Welcome to Round Blue Dot, the event for purpose-driven individuals looking to address climate change through their career. Our events bring together everyone that make this possible: climate and green employers, investors, educators, charities, advocacy orgs and jobseekers who all share a drive to take action now.
Our goal is to create a space for connecting with others who share a mission to build a green, more prosperous future. Our live events not only provide you with new career paths, but are also a forum for discussion, a place to connect with peers, and an opportunity to learn from experts in the field.

Luke Jones
Former carpenter turned strategic specialist. I enjoy helping startups solve problems and have a breadth of experience delivering events in London and New York over the past decade.

Looking to the future - and the immense challenges our planet is facing - fundamental changes to all industries and the workforce will need to be made. Connecting the next generation of founders and innovators with the right skills, and empowering people to use their career to address climate change will be vital in decarbonising our round blue dot.
In my spare time I like to get outdoors as much as possible so you'll usually find me running, hiking or climbing on (or up) something.
Hi, I'm a multi-disciplined operational manager and creative producer with over 20 years of experience. I'm also Luke's Sister.
I care about creating memorable experiences through; positive teamwork, purpose lead initiatives, beautiful design, authentic communication strategy, clever brand marketing and great customer service.
My most recent role as Managing Director at Silicon Milkroundabout and Co-Founder of The Round NYC taught me a considerable amount, I learnt to graft even harder and take pride in every opportunity no matter how big or small.
